Art

ART
Conshohocken Catholic School has a dedicated Art Room and a full-time Art Instructor.  Each grade level has a specified skill, artists, and historical periods assigned to it.  CCS believes that Art is very important for educational and social growth.

Mrs. Stephanie Zakrzewski

My name is Stephanie Zakrzewski and I am the art teacher at Conshohocken Catholic School. I graduated from Archbishop Carroll in 1987 and from Fordham University in 1991. I am currently enrolled in the graduate program at Neumann College to receive a Masters in Education.

I believe teaching is a vocation and appreciate the opportunity to teach and learn from the children in my classes. This is my sixth year teaching art to first through eighth grade. Together we explore the art and culture of many societies from Ancient Greece to the Renaissance to the Modern Age. Picasso said, Every child is an artist. I hope to give them the confidence they need to share their creativity with the world. God created each one of us and the entire world in which we live. He is the greatest artist of all time and sets the best example for us.

Conshohocken Catholic is not just a school; it is a family. It is a privilege to be part of this group. Stop in for a visit and see what we have to offer you and your family!
