CCS C.A.R.E.S

Conshohocken Catholic School’s C.A.R.E.S. (Children Are Receiving Extended Services) program provides an excellent extended morning and afternoon day care program for students grades pre-K 3 thru grade 6 on days that school is in session. The CCS C.A.R.E.S. program is a quality extended care program that provides children with a variety of experiences and exceptional care. The C.A.R.E.S. staff provides a variety of oppurtunities for our children who need extended care. Arts and crafts projects, games and various activities are planned on a weekly basis. A snack is provided. The staff does the written homework assignments with the older children, while the younger children do projects and play in our well-equipped classroom.

    Hello and Welcome to CCS! My name is Carol Kearney. I am the director of the before and after school program. As the director of our C.A.R.E.S. program I am committed to providing a safe, loving environment where the students are happy to be spending their extended school hours with us while their parents are at work.

  

   I have a tremendous staff that helps me carry out my mission each day. My staff consists of  Mrs. Borkowski, and Mrs. Leonard. My staff and I administer snack and juice to the students, assist them with homework, do daily arts and crafts projects, supervise and participate in outside play activities, and do many more fun activities that keep all of our students glad to attend C.A.R.E.S. everyday. Our students just love to come to C.A.R.E.S and your child will too!

The C.A.R.E.S. staff recognizes that all children are integrally connected to their parents. All staff members are wonderful teachers who provide the most fun and loving environment for your child before and after school. All teachers have their state clearances. All aspects of the program revolve around what is best for the children enrolled in C.A.R.E.S.

Registration Fees: (Due upon registering) 

$35 for 1 child; $40 for a family

Hours of Operation:

A.M. C.A.R.E.S. -  7:00 A.M. to 8:45 A.M. at  Primary Campus for Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kindergarten

P.M. C.A.R.E.S.  -  2:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.  at Primary Campus for Pre-K 3 to Grade 6

A.M. C.A.R.E.S. (PreK3, K4, K) will be held at SS. Cosmas and Damian Primary Campus starting at 7:00 AM. Parents MUST accompany child into the building and SIGN in the C.A.R.E.S. Book.

P.M. C.A.R.E.S. ( Prek3 - Grade 6) will be held at SS. Cosmas and Damian Primary Campus. Students in grades 1-6 are bused over to the Primary Campus. Parents MUST come into the building and SIGN the C.A.R.E.S. Book. All students must be picked up by 6:00 PM. A new policy for lateness has been established. Families will pay $1.00 a minute for every minute you are past 6:00 PM.

C.A.R.E.S Daily Rate for One Child:

$ 6.00   per day for A.M. CARES

$ 15.00 per day for P.M. CARES

$ 18.00 per day for A.M. and P.M. CARES

C.A.R.E.S. Daily Rate for Two or More Children:

$ 8.00   per day for A.M. CARES

$ 20.00 per day for P.M. CARES

$ 22.00 per day for A.M. and P.M. CARES

 

C.A.R.E.S. Billing Procedures:

Bills Calculated Monthly on the 1st

Payments Due Monthly on the 15th

Each family will receive a monthly billing based on the number of days of service from the 15th of the prior month through the14th of the billing month. Checks can be made payable to Conshohocken Catholic School. You can expect to receive your first C.A.R.E.S. Bill on October 1st.
