CONSHOHOCKEN CATHOLIC DRAMA CLUB

The Drama Club will be led by two experienced teaching artists and actors from Theatre Horizon, a professional theatre company located in Norristown.  In addition to performing a show with song and dance numbers, our children will play theatre games, work on acting exercises [such as vocal projection, character - work, and movement], and help make costumes and sets for the final production.  Drama Club will help students gain confidence and build communication skills while exercising the imagination.
LAST YEAR WAS GREAT FUN AND IT SHOULD BE EVEN BETTER WITH 2D TEACHER

2nd thru 6th Graders Wednesdays – Starting Dec 7, 2011 from 3:00 to 5:00PM; Please bring snack and a drink. Cost for 18 weeks of 2 hr classes: $210.00 [THIS INCLUDES 2D TEACHER SPECIFICALLY FOR SONG AND DANCE AND WORKS OUT TO LESS THAN $6.00 per hour];

DRAMA CLUB POLICY AND RELEASE

The Drama Club will dismiss promptly at 5:00PM. Parents must arrange for their child to be picked up no later than 5:05PM. If a child is picked up after 5:05 more than once, or if the child is picked up more than 20 minutes late on even one occasion, then that child will be dropped from the Drama Club without refund of fee. An orderly classroom environment is essential to the success of Drama Club. If the teacher, at his or her sole discretion concludes that a child is disrupting the learning process, then the child will be dropped from the Drama Club without refund of fee. By signing and returning this Policy and Release form, the parent consents to the participation of their child in Drama Club and agrees to release and hold harmless Conshohocken Catholic and all persons acting on behalf of Conshohocken Catholic in connection with the Drama Club from all claims and liabilities arising out of their child’s participation in the Drama Club.
