Seventh Grade

CCS = Capable, Competent Students x Caring Committed Staff

I have a BS in Elementary Education from West Chester University and  I am currently in my 22nd year of teaching . I worked two years at St. Rose of Lima in North Wales, followed by seven years at SS Cosmas and Damian in Conshohocken. This is my twelfth year at Conshohocken Catholic School. I currently teach Science to grades six, seven & eight, Math to grades seven & eight and Religion to the seventh grade.

My classroom goals are to provide a variety of teaching and learning opportunities through the use of hands-on labs in Science and Math, technology, varied assessments and projects, multi-media and the standard textbook. I also strive to provide a classroom atmosphere conducive to building a student’s self esteem in addition to helping develop good communicators and critical thinkers able to assimilate into their high school environment. An additional goal is to foster a group of caring, compassionate, and moral young men and women.

Fall class trips have not been determined yet. Spring trips will be to Lankenau Hospital Education Center – “Life Begins” and Washington, DC, including the Steven Udvar-Hazy Center of the Smithsonian Institution at Chantilly, VA.
