Conshohocken Catholic School

Welcome back to CCS from the Home & School Board. We hope you all had a wonderful summer! We are looking forward to another great year!

One of our major activities this year will be our combined effort with Partners in Progress (PIP) in holding our Shimmer and Shine Auction which will take place on November 21, 2009. This event is our second Live and silent auction and we are very excited about it!

In case you’re wondering the difference between PIP and Home and School here is a brief explanation. There are two different groups which raise money for our school, PIP is goal-oriented towards a five-year plan encompassing building maintenance, marketing of CCS, and soliciting funds from non-school donors. H&S is more for in-school activities, H&S general meetings, and smaller family-oriented fundraising.

The Ducky Regatta, a highlight of our school year, will tentatively be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010. Last year’s Regatta was a lot of fun and this year’s will be even better.

Secret Santa Shop, December 1-3

Nativity Celebration on Thursday, December 17

Student caroling to local shut-ins on Friday, December 18

Book Sale/Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, January 31

Donut Day on Tuesday, February 16

Pizzeria Uno Fundraiser

Participation in the St. Patrick’s Day parade on Saturday, March 13
